Epicurean by nature and a great admirer of all the professions involved in F&B, I draw much of my inspiration from gastronomy and its actors. Food and wine pairing is a real passion that gives meaning to my work. The flavors of my wines mingle with those of the cuisine to infinitely multiply the field of possibilities.
This is the story of a Burgundian winemaker who came to Luberon. He drew on his roots to make unique wines in the south.
A family call and a timely proposal put the winemaker back on the road. Today, from north to south and south to north, each vintage is written in the plural.
