The spirit of Panorama is to take a large picture of the whole estate! A blend of different terroirs, multiple grape varieties, to express the most faithful image possible of the particularities of the Luberon appellation. Limestone subsoil and an average altitude of around 320 m are the main features of this cuvée!
Mainly from the lowest altitude part of the estate. Warm and dry on the surface, at the foot of the slope, the harvest date is delayed by the presence of water in the subsoil over much of the vineyard. This explains why, despite the very old vines, Grenaches Noirs and Cinsaults are used to make rosé wines.
MILLÉSIMES
This is the story of a Burgundian winemaker who came to Luberon. He drew on his roots to make unique wines in the south.
A family call and a timely proposal put the winemaker back on the road. Today, from north to south and south to north, each vintage is written in the plural.
