Red wine from Burgundy. 100% Pinot Noir. Burgundy appellation. Viticulture respectful of the environment and the people who live and work there. Natural winemaking, aged 18 months in demi-muids, bottled unfiltered.
These old Pinot Noir vines are known at the Domaine as “Pousse Tout Droit”, a selection of upright vines planted at the time. While this makes viticultural work easier, maturity is later here and the grapes are slightly more acidic than elsewhere. These characteristics, coupled with the red clay of this parcel, give wines that are acidic, fresh and very salivating.
MILLÉSIMES
This is the story of a Burgundian winemaker who came to Luberon. He drew on his roots to make unique wines in the south.
A family call and a timely proposal put the winemaker back on the road. Today, from north to south and south to north, each vintage is written in the plural.
