White wine from Burgundy. 100% Chardonnay. Saint Aubin 1er Cru appellation. Viticulture respectful of the environment and the people who live and work there. Natural winemaking, aged 18 months in demi-muids, bottled unfiltered.
This parcel is made up of two pieces. It is located on the Chassagne hillside, on the part of the Saint-Aubin appellation that borders Les Chaumées. Similar in exposure and soil type to the Caillerets cru, the wines produced here are always fresh and elegant. The short rows are a delight for the cutters and porters, who know that the harvest is quick and that a snack awaits the whole team at the end of the second plot!
This is the story of a Burgundian winemaker who came to Luberon. He drew on his roots to make unique wines in the south.
A family call and a timely proposal put the winemaker back on the road. Today, from north to south and south to north, each vintage is written in the plural.
