2021 is a cool, rather late vintage, marked by yields partly cut by a severe frost in April. Le Claux fared very well in these particular conditions, bringing out the fine vegetal aspects of the Syrah harvested in October.
This is the story of a Burgundian winemaker who came to Luberon. He drew on his roots to make unique wines in the south.
A family call and a timely proposal put the winemaker back on the road. Today, from north to south and south to north, each vintage is written in the plural.
